It's that time of year again! The leaves are changing, the air is crisp, and the smell of pumpkin pie is in the air. But amidst all the Thanksgiving activities, your AP Statistics students might need a little nudge to keep their brains engaged. We’ve cooked up a fun and festive way to review key concepts before the big break! In this color-by-number activity, students will work on 10 problems of mixed review from Units 1-5, making it a perfect 20–30 minute review if you need something on a half day.
Students will need colored pencils and the activity handout for today's Thanksgiving Statistics review. Students will work on 10 questions related to analyzing one and two-variable data, normal distributions, sampling & experiments, and probability. Their answer choice will determine what color they will use to shade in the numbered region. The answer to question 1 will determine the color of the regions marked 1 on the coloring page, and so on. The coloring page can be found on the last page of the activity handout.
